Eve Stockton is an artist from Westport, Connecticut, with a background in art and architecture.  A registered architect, she received degrees in architecture and the fine arts from Princeton and Yale and has worked for Cesar Pelli & Associates in New Haven, CT., and Davis Brody & Associates in New York City.  Her art incorporates ideas of nature, science, myth and memory.  Stockton says that her Clouds into Water woodcut series explores how we perceive the world: “in four woodblock layers elements of shape, color, and perspective shift and morph into different visions.”
