Artspace will offer a live auction and silent auction
with all artwork on preview from April 10-28, 2007.

You may bid in person by attending the April 28, 2007 gala evening; tickets for this event may be ordered online.

You may also place an absentee bid in writing, by fax, or by telephone between April 10 and April 28. No ticket is required to place an absentee bid.

All net proceeds from the auction will support the programs of Artspace, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. A buyer is entitled to a tax deduction on any portion of his payment that exceeds the market value of the work purchased. Artspace has published an estimated market value for each artwork based on reliable sources, but no warranty of the actual resale value of any artwork is made or implied. The estimated market value is only for establishing a tax deduction and to guide you in bidding.
